new philosophies and new schools of thought

seems clear to me that you are catalyzing an interest in environmental issues and energy. A fairly large part of the population is questioning the accuracy of their lifestyle, the economic system and distribution both economic and environmental resources. The environmental movement has been enriched with many new and diverse philosophies, the decrease of the transition, with additional technical knowledge and new lifestyles.
Me and Daria, who was born in this way to Alcatraz in 2006, we have already made a number of important things ... made the movement of the transition in Italy, participated in the creation of territorial circles decresita happy, joined the buying group solidarity, began studying permaculture, started to invest in energy saving technologies (solar thermal, solar porch, etc. .. .) prepared vegetable garden and chicken coop, in short, we are trying to be consistent with our new values.
To date, however, we feel that we could make a new step ... In fact, we have launched many new practices of sustainability, but we find it hard to make everything uniform and especially to change our mentality and absurd to explain our choices to others ...
We need a new curriculum, including ourselves, to understand what we are doing and what we should do ...
The slogan could be: "How to learn to live in this new millennium?" because unfortunately the recipe that we used until now does not work anymore, we can not apply the economic theories born in 800.
Education for sustainability needs to make new steps, and create new concepts.
As the "Economist" I am blown away to have a cultural background can appreciate all the concepts related to financial sustainability and then be thrilled when they say that to grow one calorie food it takes 10 fossil ... how is it possible? Ad oggi per esempio non sono in grado di dire se fare i pannelli solari termici per il riscaldamento a pavimento puossono convenire in provincia di Bologna (novembre è veramente sempre grigio!!!).

to spread the concepts of what's better than a school?
