Like the empty houses, this blog, in all the months in which almost never entered was filled with dust and especially garbage. With much patience I had to rig a vacuum cleaner, dusters, buckets of water and detergent and I started to do the cleaning.
I had to cover post after post, comment after comment and I had to eliminate all that perverse minds, stupid or ignorant they added all those little pieces of my life I had placed online.
Sarà che non mi verrebbe mai in mente di andare a sporcare in casa d'altri, ma proprio non capisco che gusto certa gente provi nel mettere stupide frasi, o pubblicità erotiche proprio in un blog come il mio! A volte ho avuto come l'impressione che certe frasi fossero quasi dei messaggi criptati per qualcuno.
Soprattutto mi ha ferita l'indelicatezza di sovrapporre tutta quella schifezza a momenti particolarmente toccanti della mia vita, a momenti difficili in cui ho messo a nudo la mia anima.
Ora cercherò di fare le pulizie con regolarità, in modo da evitare tutta quella spazzatura.
Una cosa positiva comunque c'è stata: rivedere questi ultimi 3 anni e scoprire che nonostante tutto i momenti di felicità sono stati comunque very many.

It 's a semi-serious digression on the pig, its origins, its uses, culinary and otherwise.

The tradition of preserving meat with salt del maiale sembra risalire addirittura ai Sumeri, e quindi è antichissima. Nel libro, oltre a notizie storiche, ci sono anche detti, leggende, modi di dire, ma anche ricette.
E allora, appassionata collezionista di libri che riguardano la cucina e il cibo, potevo non udire il richiamo? Anzi, il grugnito!
A proposito, dimenticavo, l'autore è Gabriele Cremonini, che insieme a Giovanni Tamburini, storico salumiere bolognese, ha scritto questo libro davvero delizioso: Maiali si nasce salami si diventa.
A proposito, dopo la presentazione, ovviamente, c'è stata la degustazione, molto, molto interessante...

I swore that there would be more waterfall! What I would no longer let themselves be infected! But ... it was enough for only one! A lovely, small, colorful BARBAPAPA '! And now the craze has broken out! At given to me by a nice Barbapapa comedy co-worker was added immediately after a Barbamamma, and then another .... then another .... and I decided that I want to collect them all!
